Dr. Ramsey believes the best way to streamline your supplement intake is to do a micro nutrient blood test. This will test for the exact amount of each “vitamin/mineral” in your blood stream at any given time. Dr. Ramsey will then study the results, go over them with you and lay out a specific and detailed supplement regimen. On average, most patients need to take 3 supplements plus a general daily vitamin. Athletes will require an additional supplement for muscle grown and maintenance. Smokers will require at least one extra supplement due to the side effects and nutrient depleting effects inhaling toxic smoke.
